Role Overview:

As a key member of our contact center team, you will provide exceptional service to our members, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns while promoting our products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Member Experience Representative, you will:

• Provide industry-leading member service experience through phone, email, and other digital channels
• Efficiently and accurately support a high volume of member inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Identify opportunities to offer products and services that meet members' financial needs
• Assist members with account maintenance, online banking, and other services
• Meet key metrics, including service levels, abandon rates, wait times, and member service/survey ratings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail, call centers, and/or financial services
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (Teams and Zoom)
