Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Deliver 1:1 online lessons to students using our innovative technology and Science of Reading curriculum
• Participate in our comprehensive professional development program to ensure exceptional teaching outcomes
• Collaborate with our team to drive student success and achieve academic goals
• Bachelor's degree in Education (or equivalent) required
• 2+ years of K-6 teaching experience with a strong grasp of phonics, decoding, and reading fundamentals
• Tech-savvy with a reliable laptop, internet, and quiet workspace
• Consistent availability across the week (Monday to Friday) with consistent time slots for easy student/teacher matching
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Work Schedule and Details

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT, Monday to Friday, until May 2025 (peak hours between 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM CT preferred)
• Commitment: Up to 25 hours per week
• Remote work arrangement with a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
