We're seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Part-Time Virtual Live Event Associate to join our team at ExecOnline. As a virtual-based part-time employee, you will provide exceptional behind-the-scenes support for live interactive events hosted on our proprietary video sharing platform. Collaborating with our Senior Event Manager and ExecOnline Facilitator, you will deliver white-glove technical support to faculty, facilitators, and executive-level participants, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to participants, faculty, and facilitators during virtual sessions
• Troubleshoot technical complications and identify, track, and report technical problems
• Demonstrate familiarity with our learning content and platform (with training)
• Document technical and participant experience matters in designated areas
• Continuously improve the quality of our support and service

Requirements

• College/University education (4-year degree) from an accredited school
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in executive support or with a SaaS company
• Technical experience in a start-up environment is a plus
• Customer-service orientation with a focus on helping users optimize their use of audio and video in web conferencing technologies
• Professional and calm demeanor under pressure
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft, and Google Doc suites
• Reliable access to strong broadband internet connectivity and a quiet workspace
