About the Role:

In this critical frontline position, you'll be the primary point of contact for our premium card members, delivering world-class customer service in a high-volume, in-bound travel call servicing environment. Your day will be filled with exciting opportunities to:

• Design unique travel and lifestyle experiences, expertly booking cruises, custom vacations, hotels, flights, and transportation arrangements worldwide
• Build long-lasting relationships through exceptional listening and communication skills
• Network with destination and supplier partners to provide extraordinary, perfectly implemented experiences
• Communicate new and existing product offerings, value propositions, and Membership benefits to Card Members
• Embark on a journey of continuous learning and growth, with industry-leading training and ongoing coaching

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 1 year of cruise, custom vacations, or agency experience
• Proficient understanding of world geography and emerging travel destinations
• Resilience, composure, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, multi-tasking, and technical skills
• Natural communication and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
