About the Team

Amazon Shipping is a rapidly growing business that offers Amazon's logistic capabilities as a product and service. Our team is looking for an experienced leader to join our Programs team, where you will be responsible for supporting large, complex cross-functional programs and driving business growth. You will be part of the core team that manages the Amazon Shipping business and operations across all legs of the supply chain, leading the development of our operational product and designing new operating solutions to enable the delivery of strategic targets.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform business decisions
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Operations, Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Experience leading process improvements and driving business growth through innovative solutions
