Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions
• Mentor and guide software engineers on best practices, design principles, and innovative technologies
• Research and evaluate new technologies, presenting comparative analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity across the organization
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration

Requirements for Success:

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development, with a focus on web applications and service-oriented architecture
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft .NET, relational and non-relational database design, and enterprise applications in SaaS Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Proven track record of leading software engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
• Deep understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS products and deployment strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
