Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Archer application projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer system configurations and workflows.
• Work closely with technical teams to design, implement, and test Archer solutions tailored to business needs.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for key stakeholders.
• Ensure Archer platform updates, patches, and integrations are performed efficiently with minimal business disruption.
• Facilitate user training sessions and create documentation for the Archer environment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on GRC tools like RSA Archer.

Technical Skills

• In-depth understanding of the RSA Archer platform, including modules, workflows, and integrations.
