About the Role
- Review and screen resumes to identify top candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit
- Discuss job opportunities and career paths with candidates, providing guidance and support
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet business needs
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve exceptional results

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (preferred)
- Goal-oriented and strong team player with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time remote position)
