Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, fostering a positive online community, documenting and reporting incidents, addressing and resolving conflicts, and communicating regularly with team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community standards
  • Community Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging online community through active participation and moderation
  • Reporting: Document and report incidents, providing detailed information to support further action
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the community in a fair and timely manner
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with team members to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, content moderation, or a related field is preferred but not required
