Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients using online tools, CRM databases, and industry resources. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  2. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through cold emails, calls, and social media messages. Create personalized outreach strategies to spark interest in our product or service.
  3. Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points. Use established criteria to qualify leads and assess their fit for our product/service. Pass qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up and closure.
  4. Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange product demos or meetings for prospects with senior sales representatives. Ensure seamless communication between prospects and the sales team.
  5. CRM and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system. Analyze and report on lead conversion metrics to improve processes.
  6. Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and promotions. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and leads qualified.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and present value propositions
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and familiarity with outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, and analytics software
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-organized pipeline
  • Self-motivation and discipline, with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about our products/services and adapt to changing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Familiarity with industry-specific trends or markets
  • Multilingual skills can be a bonus, depending on the target market
