• Salary Range: up to $1300 USD
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Position Overview

We're seeking a talented and energetic Remote Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring technical systems using a predefined playbook for remote camera surveillance
• Performing routine health checks of systems and reporting findings based on a provided checklist
• Managing and responding to technical issues as they arise, ensuring systems remain operational
• Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or issues identified during monitoring

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of technical systems and operations
• Previous experience in a technical role is preferred but not required
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable internet and power to ensure consistent system monitoring
• Willingness to work night shifts and cover the required hours with the other team member
