We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Math Learning Center Director to join our team at Mathnasium of Aurora. Job Summary:

• Competitive salary: $20 per hour
• Immediate start date available
• Part-time hours, with consistent scheduling after school and on weekends

Responsibilities:

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing personalized learning plans
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with families
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Mentor and support employee development through on-the-job training
• Teach and tutor students using the Mathnasium Method
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment

Requirements:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Proficiency in computer skills
