Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager to manage our SAP technical landscape, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. You'll leverage your expertise in SAP infrastructure management, hardware, operating systems, networks, and SAP system upgrades to drive success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Basis, IT infrastructure, and network teams, to align technical solutions with our needs and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Landscape Management: Manage the entire SAP technical landscape, including hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
• System Upgrades and Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and implement SAP system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Hardware and OS Management: Manage hardware and OS configurations, ensuring performance, resource use, and scalability.
• Network and Security Management: Ensure SAP systems are integrated securely with our network, following best practices for data protection and security.
• SAP Solution Manager Administration: Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring, root cause analysis, incident management, and change control.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP infrastructure management, including hardware, OS, and network management for SAP environments.
• Experience managing SAP upgrades, support packs, and system maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, including system monitoring and performance analysis.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis, SAP HANA administration, and Solution Manager configuration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Solution Manager certification.
• ITIL certification or experience with IT service management practices.
• Experience in cloud migration and managing SAP systems in a hybrid cloud environment.
