Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions and connect them with qualified candidates
• Utilize recruiting tools and materials to source and screen candidates
• Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and facilitate the hiring process
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone and via email
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
• A degree is preferred but not required
