Seasonal Retail Sales Ambassador (Part-Time Remote Opportunity)

Position Overview:

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive business growth
• Maintaining high brand and operational standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Providing exceptional customer service, utilizing the UNIQLO service standard and Fundamental Principles
• Assisting with customer needs, including fitting room support and cashier duties
• Processing shipments and ensuring merchandise is accurately represented on the sales floor
• Collaborating with management to identify and resolve store issues
• Sharing product and brand knowledge with customers to drive sales and loyalty
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, reporting any infractions to management
• Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Effective communication and instruction-following skills
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
