Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance degree (Master's or CPA is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
• Solid understanding of month-end close, GAAP, and FASB
• Strong financial knowledge in budgeting and cost control
• Problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced accounting software

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Manage daily tasks such as bill payments, invoicing, payroll, and maintaining financial records
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain strong relationships with GAAP and FASB
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Partner with external auditors for seamless audit experiences
• Develop and implement financial controls and guidelines
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and propose operational changes to enhance efficiency
