Job Responsibilities

• Perform diverse analyses to drive insights and improve client experience, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Salesforce
• Collaborate with team heads to optimize reporting systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and insights
• Create compelling dashboards to inform stakeholders and drive business decisions
• Produce ad hoc data and reports using various tools, providing timely and accurate insights to stakeholders
• Utilize a range of data analysis tools and platforms, including Excel, SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Salesforce, to drive insights and inform business decisions

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, or management consulting
• Proficient in Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization
• Experience with SQL and/or Python, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Familiarity with PowerBI and Salesforce, with experience in data visualization and reporting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data analyses to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional years of experience in related roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights
• Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in data modeling and simulation
• Knowledge of other data analysis tools and platforms, such as Tableau, QlikView, or SAS
• Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of business needs and requirements
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as data science, business intelligence, or management consulting
