We are seeking an exceptional Senior Vice President to spearhead our revenue growth and market expansion efforts in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales and marketing strategies, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving business success.

At Frontline Group, we empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with innovative solutions and exceptional service. Our flagship product, Frontline Connect, is revolutionizing the CCaaS landscape, and we need a visionary leader like you to take our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
• Lead and mentor our sales team to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of excellence
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with referral partners, such as Telarus, to drive new business opportunities
• Collaborate with our executive team to set company revenue targets and growth objectives
• Drive the strategy for Frontline Connect and promote our full range of services to the SMB market

Requirements:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the CCaaS, BPO, or technology industries
• Proven track record of success in managing referral and partner channels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, and lead generation

Work Environment:

This is a remote office position, with core hours of work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. You will be required to provide your own computer equipment and have a reliable internet connection.
