About the Role:

As a Virtual Assistant at Southwest Airlines, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our technology teams to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, including data entry, document management, and scheduling
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement new initiatives and improve existing processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Southwest Airlines' policies, procedures, and systems
  • Provide training and support to internal teams as needed
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
