We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Content Reviewer to join our Ads Trust & Quality Assurance team. As a Senior Content Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of advertising content on our platform, with a focus on the Japanese language market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ad creative moderation: reviewing and approving/rejecting ad campaigns and landing pages submitted by advertisers
• Stores page moderation: reviewing and approving/rejecting Stores pages submitted by advertisers
• Language relevancy review: checking and updating Japanese language content for machine learning purposes
• Responding to inquiries: providing timely and effective support to internal stakeholders on ad operations and quality assurance matters

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

This position requires shift work, with a variety of schedules available, including:

• Monday to Friday
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Sunday to Thursday

Shift times may vary, but typical shifts include:

• Early Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Late Shift 1: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Late Shift 2: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (1-hour break)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
