Position Summary: As an DMV Operations Assistant, you will be a member of the title & registration team, with responsibilities including:

• Having 50 state DMV knowledge related to title and registration processing adhering to multi-state compliance
• Understanding and following all work rules and procedures and following lawful directions from Supervisors
• Maintaining and influencing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Upholding the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer software
• Effective communication skills via any means with individuals of any level internally and externally

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to efficiently work from a home office environment
• Knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $30,800 - $52,900 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
