Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
• Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume and conversion rates.
• Develop product offers and lead magnets.
• Produce weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
• Handle sales calls and convert them into paid members
• Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
• Available to work full time on Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, US CST, except for Wednesdays, which is from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
• Have at least 6 hours of electrical power backup and Internet backup systems.
• Can conduct learning-by-doing, which requires growth mindset, instead of ego driven mindset.
• Work like a scientist via a loop of optimize-measure-learn. No ego. Just intense desire to seek truth.

• Solid Pay:

o Pay starts between $6 to $14 per hour base pay + bonus. No limit on bonus! Sky is the limit. Guaranteed 40 hours per week!
