Role Summary
Work collaboratively with HRBPs and the broader HR organization to enhance and standardize corporate global compensation and benefits strategies and programs to improve internal equity, market competitiveness, and the overall impact on the business. An individual contributor with excellent communication, partnership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, data analysis and interpretation, and presentation skills is needed to succeed.
What You Will Do
- Lead internal/external market analysis including assessment of compensation surveys for APJ region to develop pay ranges, updating and aligning strategies as needed.
- Participate in global compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitive practices are maintained.
- Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits team in process management of global merit, bonus and equity cycles including budget modelling, systems updates/changes, training, reporting and support of approval process.
- Design and manage the benefits programs, including benefits administration for APJ region.
- Work closely with HR Analytics on dashboards to support decision-making and performance measurement.
- Lead the development and delivery of training/communications on a variety of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance to Talent Acquisition on competitive offers.
- Utilize various tools that support compensation and benefits programs and initiatives, and work with HRIS to align systems with compensation and benefits needs in support of the technology roadmap.
- 8+ years relevant compensation and benefits experience
- Strong analytical, project management and process management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices
- Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors, CompXL and/or survey management tools a plus.
- A demonstrated ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, improve operations, and maintain positive and productive relationships while delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to consider multiple audiences, bring people along and drive change throughout the organization.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
