HOW YOU WILL DO IT Purpose Statement: Responsible for supporting the creation of assembly build instructions at the process and product levels. Key Job Accountabilities:

• Support development of product and process level assembly build instructions.
• Support EC implementation on assembly build instructions.
• Maintain, support and update online assembly build instructions.

Additional Accountabilities:

• Assembly Build Instruction Format Control.
• Co-ordinate the review, approval and release of the assembly build instructions.
• Lead the maintenance of the online assembly instructions.
• Support documentation of assembly instruction change request.
• Assist in capturing and editing pictures/images for adding in the build instructions.
• Improve assembly instruction by adding pictures/images.
• Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 5%).
• Additional duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• A minimum of a High School diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Less than One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Other Qualifications:

• Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently, and in a team environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and advanced computer knowledge are essential.
• General office equipment and materials.

Work Environment:

• The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
