Remote Contracts Administrator

Job Title: Contracts Administrator Location: 100% Remote | Employment Type: Part-time, 15-20 hours weekly | Must be available to work within normal business hours. About Us: Our client is currently seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Contract Reviewer to join their team. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding their business interests by ensuring all contracts align with legal standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and interpret a variety of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, subconsultant agreements, and client service agreements.
  • Identify and assess potential risks, liabilities, and obligations within contract language.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, legal counsel, and executive leadership to negotiate terms and resolve contract-related issues.
  • Maintain organized records of contract versions, approvals, and communications.
  • Provide guidance on contract modifications, renewals, and terminations.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates and review processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in contract review, administration, or management-preferably within engineering, architecture, or design services.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry-specific contracts and terminology.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and project management.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
