Associate Manager Data Engineering @ DXC Technology
Job Description:Essential Job Functions:• Assist in managing data engineering projects and tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.• Work with team members to develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure.• Collaborate with other teams to understand and address data requirements.• Contribute to efforts focused on data quality and security.• Learn from experienced team members and apply knowledge in day-to-day tasks.• Participate in the optimization of data processes.• Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and industry best practices.• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment within the team.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• 6+ years of relevant work experience• Proven experience in data engineering• Proficiencies in data engineering tools and technologies• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus• Relevant certifications, such as Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform or IBM Certified Data Engineer a plusAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
