Medicare Supplement Data Analyst

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary Aetna, a CVS Health company, is seeking an analytical professional to join the Medicare Sales and Strategy team. The role involves supporting the Medicare Sales organization by analyzing, compiling, and presenting data to various stakeholders, including senior leadership. The position requires strong skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL Server. Additionally, we are specifically seeking a professional with experience in Medicare Supplement.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Medicare Supplement experience. At least 5 years in Managed Care, Health Care, or Health Insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Server.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Medicare Supplement State rate filing process. Experience with Medicare Supplement external broker payment and program strategy. Experience with Medicare Supplement data, reporting, and KPIs. Having Tableau and/or Python experience is a plus Join a team dedicated to advancing healthcare outcomes while providing exceptional support to clients. Education Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or business analysis or equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
