Job Description: Employer: Discover Products Inc Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst (multiple openings) Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois Job Type: Full Time Duties: Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Requirements:Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation. Position Required Skills: Position requires: Querying large datasets using advanced SQL to identify insights; Statistical analysis using techniques such as regression; Develop forecasts using time-series; Advanced Excel skills including pivots, charts, VLOOKUPs, intricate formulas, conditional formatting, and data tables; Data structure and visualization using Python, Tableau, or PowerBI. Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $116,334.00 to $147,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
