Your Role with us

As an Expert Consultant – Life Sciences (f/m/d) at Temedica, you bring deep pharmaceutical expertise and help translate complex commercial and therapeutic questions into high-impact project deliverables. You support our pharma clients across the commercial lifecycle – from brand strategy to omnichannel execution – by contributing strategic insights and domain expertise. Operating at the intersection of commercial strategy, marketing, sales, business intelligence, and medical affairs, you act as a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with Temedica’s commercial, product, data science, and medical teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver strategic content and scientific input across consulting and SaaS delivery projects

• Translate therapeutic area knowledge into project frameworks and impactful deliverables

• Act as an internal subject-matter expert in key disease areas (e.g. neurology, immunology, metabolic diseases)

• Support commercial and consulting teams in proposal development and opportunity scoping

• Collaborate closely with Consultants and Principals to ensure both scientific rigor and client relevance in our outputs

• Contribute to the development of frameworks, templates, and playbooks to scale our expert delivery

• Act as a trusted thought partner to pharma clients in medical, marketing, or commercial leadership roles

What you bring to the table

Must-Have

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MSc) in life sciences, public health, or health economics

• 3+ years experience in pharma consulting, medical affairs, or a therapeutic area strategy role

• Strong understanding of real-world evidence, commercial or launch-related initiatives in pharma

• Experience translating data and market insights into strategic deliverables

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and German

Nice-to-Have

• Understanding of SaaS business models and its role in pharma

• Familiarity with dashboards, medical content formats, or AI-powered insight tools
