Software Quality Analyst II ( Test Automation)

Location- Hybrid, Kolkata/Pune, India

Position Summary:

Bentley Systems is looking for a Software Quality Analyst II to become a valued member of our Software Development and Test Teams. As a member of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies that enable our users to solve mission-critical problems, save time, and greatly reduce costs related to construction and infrastructure. You will be instrumental in building robust and reusable tests. In this exciting and challenging role, you will work with a global team of engineers to guarantee that our systems are stable and robust.

You will work with highly motivated team members, gain valuable experience, utilize the latest technologies, and solve challenging problems while building interesting next-generation software.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for backend microservices (.NET) and frontend (React.js) applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Perform API testing, integration testing, and system testing for microservices-based architecture.
• Implement and execute performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter, k6, or similar.
• Conduct E2E testing across distributed systems to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Monitor and validate operational aspects of applications including logging, alerting, and system health.
• Participate in code reviews, test case reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of requirements to test cases.

What You Bring to The Team:

• Basic Programming skills – C#, Java script.
• Experience with Puppeteer / Cypress/ Playwright
• Experience with ADO with GIT repositories
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Swagger.
• Should have Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 4+ years of expertise in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
• Initiative as a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal Supervision.
• Excellent team skills and proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functional areas.
• BE/B.Tech/MCA. An engineering background is preferred but not necessary
