Sales Development Representative - Part time
We are seeking remote Sales Development Representative - Part time to join our team in Argentina.
We’re looking for an experienced and resourceful SDR to generate qualified sales appointments for the CEO and Sales Manager to close. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and highly familiar with outbound outreach best practices. This role requires strong communication skills, creative outreach tactics, and the ability to manage lead generation across multiple channels.
Working Hours: Must be able to work during EST hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Use cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients.
- Lead Sourcing: Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile.
- CRM Management: Log all activities and manage prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping data accurate and updated.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals.
- Pipeline Growth: Consistently deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, as an SDR role.
- C2-level English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
- Confidence across all outreach channels (email, phone, social).
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency sales is preferred.
