Cloud Edge Engineer
A self-starting Cloud Operations engineer with a solid background in automating deployments and production operations is needed to create, test, and deploy comprehensive solutions for deployment automation. The role involves troubleshooting and handling complicated production difficulties while contributing to the uninterrupted functioning of cloud services.
Requirements
- Oversee and upkeep the infrastructure supporting Cloud services on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Collaborate with remote cloud operations teams to ensure ongoing cloud service operations.
- Resolve issues with the production infrastructure and applications and follow up on any problems found.
- Performing investigations into and subsequent resolution of underlying causes.
- Collaborate with external carriers and development/quality assurance teams to address and avoid problems.
- Assist with launching new releases, maintaining existing systems, and expanding into the cloud.
- Scalability and service availability can be enhanced by process, automation, tuning, and tools.
- Evaluate the efficiency of the service, pinpoint any problems, and propose solutions.
- Make service monitoring more efficient, accurate, and comprehensive.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance by actively participating in related projects.
