Business Intelligence Analyst - Revenue Operations

The Business Intelligence Analyst - Revenue Operations role requires a deep Power BI dashboard developer and insight-driven storyteller who transforms curated revenue data into interactive visuals to accelerate decision making for the entire Pax8 Revenue ecosystem in the Americas.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years delivering Power BI solutions in a SaaS or high growth B2B environment.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using Power BI, as well as complementary tools like Tableau or Alteryx.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query/M, composite modeling, and performance tuning for datasets >50 MM rows.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into compelling stories that influence revenue strategy – comfortable presenting to ICs and C suite alike.
• Ability to take requirements from department leaders and create analysis, dashboards, and/or reports that allow the team to see patterns, results or information in an easy-to-understand format.
• Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics (e.g., ARR, NRR, pipeline velocity); Understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message) a plus.
