Staff Data Scientist

As our first Staff Data Scientist, you’ll be building a new branch of our business and product suite. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-driven features across our platform, defining the strategy, tools, and infrastructure that will power intelligent systems throughout our AWS-based ecosystem.

Requirements

• Architect, build, and deploy ML and AI models—from classical ML (SVMs, Random Forests, Decision Trees) to advanced deep learning techniques (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
• Integrate LLM-powered agents and prompt engineering techniques into user-facing products and internal tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and data science across the business.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, statistics, and advanced mathematical techniques to extract insights and drive action.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI) and stay current on emerging trends in LLMs, prompt engineering, and ML Ops.
• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable AI systems aligned with best practices in software and data engineering.
• Lead research and prototyping initiatives to explore innovative AI applications for the business.
• Write clean, efficient, testable code while upholding modern engineering standards.
