Billing Technician
Veolia Water is seeking a Billing Technician to ensure accurate customer billing and communication. The successful candidate will work on controlling, processing, and updating billing elements, as well as interacting with customers and producing reports. The role requires a strong appreciation for numbers, customer service skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- A level BAC+3 degree in financial culture
- Significant appreciation for numbers
- Ease with customer journeys (consumers and municipalities)
- Knowledge of service contracts
- Mastery of rules and concepts of tariffing, billing, and reversement
- Ability to listen and develop a network
- Ability to produce within a set time frame
- Work of rigor and precision
- Team spirit and sense of collectivity
- Sense of engagement and service
