We’re about changing the way people shop for groceries in the mobile age!

About the role:

As our Marketing Activations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping us understand our customers, from what's driving them to shop through to cart conversion on our mobile app. Working closely with our founder you will be empowered to lead and drive our marketing reach across all different channels, including mobile push, email and SMS marketing to reach targets from brand awareness and product promotion.

The person likely to thrive in this role:

• Someone who geeks out on consumer behaviour - You get a thrill out of finding out why people do what they do through conducting market research on consumer requirements, habits and trends.

• Segmentation is the game, and you’re an expert at putting brand development and persona work into action. You’re comfortable with segmenting and running tests across channels to personalise and optimise your customer experience in your sleep. In addition you’ll likely even use automation to set this up, measure results, and test along the way.

• You’re a next level A/B tester - There’s usually a scientific method to the madness when testing a hypothesis, and you enjoy discerning findings, and taking actionable next steps.

• Calculated creativity - You enjoy brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns cross-channel strategies to grow grocery delivery orders. You’re well versed in using multiple channels including organic and paid social blogs, email marketing, and more to drive quality traffic to websites, landing pages, and key pieces of content.

• You’re a power communicator and can liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

• You’re the friend that finds creative ways to get a good deal.

• You have previously helped activate users on mobile apps with thousands or millions of users.

• Marketing is your jam and it shows in your demonstrable experience including data analytics and tools that you choose to work with.

• You enjoy bringing order to chaos.

• You’re so detail orientated that you’re probably picking out all the ways to improve Wiselist as you do a quick site review of our site… or this job ad (Help! We need you)

• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.

• You’ve received many compliments on your communication and writing skills.
