We’re not looking for someone to just manage things. We want someone ready to take full ownership and push our DTC growth forward — across every channel, every number, and every customer touchpoint.

What you’ll be working on

• Own all DTC sales channels – e-shop, marketplaces, TikTok Shop, and what’s next

• Be our in-house PPC expert/manager – plan, launch, and optimize campaigns together with our current PPC team (Meta, Google, TikTok…)

• Watch the numbers like a hawk – revenue, margins (GM1–GM4), AOV, traffic

• Control CAC – spend smart, scale what works, kill what doesn’t

• Run experiments constantly – A/B tests, CRO projects, landing page improvements

• Decide what we promote and how – from PPC to email, SEO, offline, and partnerships

• Act fast when metrics drop – and know what levers to pull

Beyond ads:

• Work closely with finance to stay profitable

• Own retention with CRM – increase repeat purchases and LTV

• Collaborate with product, design & content teams to bring it all to life

• Lead strategic initiatives – loyalty programs, bundles, retention flows

• Co-create the future of our e-shop with the product team

• Own our email marketing – both automated and one-offs, across the full lifecycle

• Launch new product pages and support our US Shopify store

• Scale TikTok Shop – and find our next big growth channel

Who we’re looking for

• You’ve grown DTC e-commerce before – and you’ve been hands-on, not just calling the shots

• You’re a performance marketer at heart – you run campaigns, not just brief agencies

• Metrics are your daily bread – revenue, margins, AOV, CAC, CLTV, retention

• You get how performance, CRM, and product work together – and use it to drive growth

• You zoom in when needed (campaign tweaks, landing page tests) – and zoom out to steer strategy

• You’re data-driven, curious, and obsessed with doing work that actually moves the needle
