Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Excel Trainer to provide remote training sessions to its employees. The goal is to elevate their skills from a beginner to an intermediate level. This role requires a commitment of 2 days per week, totaling 3-4 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging training materials and exercises tailored to the needs of the participants. Conduct remote Excel training sessions, focusing on advancing participants skills from beginner to intermediate level. Provide hands-on support and real-time feedback during training sessions. Assess the progress of participants and adjust training methods as necessary to ensure effective learning. Offer post-training support and resources to reinforce learning outcomes. Skills And Requirements Proven experience in providing Excel training, particularly to managers or similar professional groups. Strong proficiency in Excel, including but not limited to analyzing and formatting data, utilizing the Quick Analysis tool, creating and applying formulas, and creating charts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.
