We are seeking motivated, state-specific partners to join our expanding team and manage the full spectrum of telehealth and teledentistry operations in your region. Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of assigned telehealth and teledentistry units, ensuring smooth, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery.
• Patient Coordination: Manage assigned patient caseloads, including scheduling, follow-up, and ensuring a seamless televisit experience.
• Professional Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between assigned medical/dental professionals and patients, facilitating effective communication and care coordination.
• Televisit Preparation: Prepare and support patients and providers for telehealth appointments, ensuring all necessary documentation and technology are in place.
• Insurance Billing & Collections: Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections processes, working to maximize reimbursement and minimize denials.
• Compliance & Privacy: Adhere to all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA, to protect patient and provider information.
• Practice Management: Utilize provided digital resources and practice management tools to track performance, patient outcomes, and operational metrics.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in comprehensive training and assessment programs to ensure understanding of telehealth protocols, compliance, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education/Experience: Open to professionals from diverse backgrounds, including medical students, management practitioners, office managers, medical assistants, dental assistants, or entrepreneurial individuals with a passion for healthcare.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and digital communication tools.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving telehealth technologies and protocols.
• Compliance Mindset: Commitment to upholding privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare administration, telehealth, or dental practice management.
• Certifications such as Certified Telehealth Coordinator (CTC), Health Informatics Certification, or similar are a plus.
• Prior experience with insurance billing and collections.

Training & Assessment:

• All partners will undergo a structured training program covering telehealth operations, compliance, technology use, and patient management.
• Training includes blended learning (online modules, live sessions), hands-on simulations, and case-based learning.
• Assessment includes pre- and post-training evaluations, knowledge checks, and ongoing feedback to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Continuous education and compliance updates provided to maintain high standards of care and regulatory adherence.
