Seeking Facebook, Instagram (Meta) and/or Google Ads Media Buyer & Strategist for E-Commerce Brands PLEASE ONLY APPLY if you have experience running paid social and/or search campaigns for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands, including product launches, evergreen campaigns, and conversion-focused funnels across Meta and/or Google Ads. Growth Factor is seeking a part-time Media Buyer & Account Manager to join our performance-driven team, helping e-commerce brands grow smarter and scale faster. We work with a variety of product-based businesses across apparel, lifestyle, wellness, tactical, and outdoor industries. As the dedicated Account Manager, you’ll serve as both the paid media strategist and executor, guiding clients through strategy calls, building and optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with our creative and web teams to drive results. Some clients run solely on Meta or Google, while others run across both platforms, so experience in one or both is welcome. You’ll typically manage 2-4 client accounts at a time and will be responsible for performance, communication, and strategic direction across each account. This is a remote, flexible role that requires sharp thinking, strong communication, and a track record of paid media success. This is a part-time, contractor position starting at $2,000/month with performance-based bonuses. Your Responsibilities Client Care

  • Lead each client relationship with confidence and proactive communication.
  • Host kick-off calls and weekly check-ins to align on strategy, share insights, and refine direction.
  • Make clients feel supported, heard, and guided by delivering high-touch service and results.

Media Buying (Meta and/or Google)

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and/or Google Ads platforms, with a focus on ROAS and CPA.
  • Analyze campaign data regularly to evaluate results and optimize performance.
  • Launch and manage A/B tests across creative, audience, and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Strategy

  • Audit funnels and ad accounts to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic input on campaign structure, offers, creative, and segmentation.
  • Set realistic KPIs with clients and communicate what it takes to reach them.
  • Guide ongoing testing efforts and help drive creative development based on performance data.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
  • Proven success managing $10K+/mo in ad spend with strong performance results.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong client communication skills—you can lead conversations and set expectations clearly.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
