Patient Services Representative (Must Be Located In Phoenix, AZ Area) (Hiring Immediately)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 5a-6:30p (AZ time) Location: Fully Remote - Will need to go onsite on first day for equipment pick up (Phoenix, AZ) Description - PSR

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls (approx. 80/day via auto-dialer)
  • Process 25+ referrals daily with speed and accuracy
  • Verify benefits and schedule appointments with specialists
  • Support patients in selecting PCPs and managing referrals
  • Transfer medical records and assist with care coordination
  • Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 2+ years healthcare experience, specialty referral experience, and outside of pharmacy referrals.
  • Prior call center experience strongly preferred
  • Medical terminology, Insurance verification, insurance benefit knowledge, referral processing, and authorization experience required.
  • This role focuses on Complex Specialty Medical Services. Medical terminology knowledge is a must!
