This is a Remote role (Call Center) - Full-Time: Mon- Fri 8AM-4:30 PM EST - Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment. - Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status - Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors. - Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
