Product Development Chemist - Romeoville, IL
As a
Product Development Chemist at Ro, you'll be instrumental in leading the technical development of new formulas across several categories, with a focus on compounding. The Product Development Chemist will help lead the formulation of innovative and performance driven products for all of our product lines. You'll work closely with Product Development, Pharmacy Ops, Pharmacy Compliance, Supply Chain, Regulatory/Quality, and contract manufacturers (if needed) to support formula development from concept through product launch.The Product Development Chemist should have a desire and aptitude to dive deep into the details of our formulas, troubleshoot formula challenges during the innovation process, and work closely with cross-functional teams in bringing amazing products to life.

The target base salary for this position ranges from
$121,600 to $143,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
