As an Assistant Manager / Manager, Strategy & Ops (CTO’s Office) at Meesho, you will help define the technology vision and roadmap for the company and identify big bets and collaborate with different functions on critical initiatives. We are currently a team of 3 and growing - constantly tackling exciting challenges across multiple projects.

About the Role

As our Assistant Manager / Manager, Tech Strategy & Operations, you will focus on our biggest tech goals. You will drive cross-org initiatives with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, and business to deliver key outcomes for the company. Additionally, you’ll get a seat at the table with senior leaders which will help you gain executive presence and thinking. An important aspect of the job would be bringing an “outside-in” perspective. Keeping track of dynamics in the market and movements of our peers, benchmarking for our performance, and identifying best practices we can learn from.

What you will do

  • Shape Meesho’s technology vision and roadmap
  • Improve the “Company OS”: Identifying problems and opportunities to improve Meesho tech org’s ways of working, enabling each techie to reach their maximum potential
  • Deliver “Zero to One” complex 10X tech initiatives
  • Develop / initiate and deliver critical cross-org projects for the company
  • Advise our CTO and Co-founder - there is a lot of leadership exposure in this role, which will help you upskill your 10X thinking and decision making skills
  • What you will need

  • MBA/BTech with 1-4 years of experience
  • At Least 1-3 years of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm (or similar experience in a high-growth startup)
  • Ability to be a self-starter, who can take a problem statement and solve it to the end
  • Experience in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive and grow in an ambiguous environment
  • An innate curiosity for all things tech :)
