• Build prototypes for new and exciting AI-driven features, translating ideas into functional proofs of concept.

• Experiment and innovate with AI domain experts, contributing to rapid exploration of possibilities.

• Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to craft intuitive and impactful AI-powered experiences.

• Develop tools and frameworks to support experimentation and prototyping, focusing on agility and innovation over scalability.

• Stay curious and actively explore the latest AI tools and technologies, finding new ways to integrate them into Bynder’s platform.

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with an interest or background in AI/ML projects.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling new, undefined challenges.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with languages like JavaScript, Java, or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular) and backend services (APIs, microservices).

• Experience building prototypes or proofs of concept, focusing on experimentation and iteration.

• A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills to bridge diverse teams and disciplines.

• Creativity and curiosity, paired with a hands-on, exploratory approach to development.

• Nice to have - knowledge of vector databases or AI-driven backend technologies like AWS Sagemaker.
