The Role

Veeva Network is a comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) solution that helps life sciences companies manage critical product and customer data. Veeva OpenData is a customer reference database offering access to more than 16 million healthcare professional and organization profiles.

Our solutions enable faster go-to-market and more informed customer engagement across the commercial landscape.

As our client base continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled MDM Technical Architect to lead complex enterprise-level implementations across Veeva Network and OpenData.

You will work closely with commercial life sciences customers to design, implement, and optimize robust MDM architectures. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and strong communication skills to guide customers through their data transformation journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver MDM architectures using Veeva Network, covering data modeling, integration, governance, and data quality
  • Own project delivery for enterprise clients, from initial scoping through deployment and post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
  • Support change management activities to drive adoption of MDM best practices
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in MDM, data integration, and data governance within complex enterprise environments
  • Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect and implement MDM solutions
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Veeva Network, Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar
  • Deep expertise in data modeling, data quality, integration technologies (SOAP/REST), and governance methodologies
  • Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and enterprise data domains (e.g., customer, HCP/HCO, product)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors
  • Familiarity with OpenData and integration of third-party reference data
  • Certification from a CRM or MDM software vendor
  • Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, SQL, ETL tools, or web services technologies
  • Exposure to integration frameworks, user authentication methods, or batch data processes
  • Additional European language(s)
