What You’ll Do | 工作内容

• Research target audiences and market trends to inform strategy

• Plan and launch ad campaigns that align with business goals

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop strong visuals and copy

• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, optimize ROI

• 监控广告表现，执行A/B测试，不断优化广告回报率

• Stay current on platform changes and best practices

• 及时了解广告平台的新变化与最佳实践

• Report on results and improve future campaigns based on data

• 输出广告表现报告，并根据数据优化后续活动

What We’re Looking For | 任职要求

• 3+ years managing paid ads (Facebook, Google, etc.)

• 至少3年管理付费广告经验（Facebook、Google等）

• Proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools

• 熟练使用广告管理平台与数据分析工具

• Strong analytical mindset; confident working with data

• 数据思维强，能自信处理各种广告数据

• Excellent communicator and team collaborator

• 沟通协作能力强，擅长团队合作

• Adaptable in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
