Join one of the Industry leaders transforming the science of risk. Our client is looking to hire Claims Customer Service Representatives to work remote in Washington State or Oregon. As a Claims Customer Service Representative you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as well as answering questions on claims previously reported. You will learn product knowledge during hands on New Hire training. When catastrophes strike you will be required to work overtime. If you are looking for a position that can turn into a long term career then this is the position for you! salary: $20 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Claims Customer Service Representative your Job Duties will Include:

  • Answering high incoming call volume & provide written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
  • Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, & products
  • Using multiple computer applications
  • Actively participates and involvement in department initiatives and goals
  • Maintaining Customer Service Metrics on Call volume, Quality of call and attendance.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:

  • 2 + years of Customer Call Center Experience working with Liability or Auto Claims.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric driven environment.
  • Proven track record of Attendance and Punctuality.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Bi-linugal Spanish a Plus!
  • Excellent written and communication skills
