And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst Client Audit & Rebates to join our team. This client-facing role combines project management and audit coordination to support rebate audits initiated by our clients. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, third-party auditors, internal departments, and legal teams to ensure audits are executed efficiently, accurately, and with minimal business disruption. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple audits simultaneously, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. This role is critical in ensuring timely resolution of audit exceptions, particularly those related to pharmacy rebates.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with third-party auditors, clients, and cross-functional internal teams to facilitate all aspects of the audit process. Coordinate audit logistics, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all audit-related materials. Research and respond to auditor inquiries and client questions with accuracy and professionalism. Identify, escalate, and resolve audit exceptions in collaboration with internal teams and leadership. Maintain detailed documentation of all audit correspondence and activities. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on audit status and key findings. Remote Work Expectations Candidates must have a dedicated workspace free of interruptions. Dependents must have separate care arrangements during work hours, as continuous care responsibilities during shift times are not permitted.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in audit coordination, project management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Familiarity with pharmacy rebate processes or healthcare industry practices. Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Experience working with third-party auditors and client-facing teams. Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively seek opportunities for growth. Education Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
