Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media performance marketing to drive growth across D2C eCommerce channels globally. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, and other emerging platforms across Corsair's family of brands.

This role requires a performance-first mindset, creative testing rigor, and analytical precision to identify what moves the needle across various markets. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, product, analytics, and eCommerce teams to turn performance insights into growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms to acquire new customers and drive revenue globally.
  • Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns at every stage of the funnel—awareness, consideration, conversion—with a focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and scale.
  • Creative Testing: Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives for high-performing assets; develop hypotheses and insights to guide content production.
  • Audience Targeting: Build and test audience segments using 1st and 3rd party data, platform-native tools, lookalike modeling, and behavioral targeting.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance data and A/B test results to continuously improve KPIs; create weekly/monthly reports highlighting insights and actions.
  • Platform Innovation: Stay ahead of platform changes, new ad formats, and algorithm updates; identify opportunities to pilot new channels or betas.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets and forecasting spend across markets and platforms in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with a focus on D2C eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of profitably scaling campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Reddit Ads.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts across multiple brands under the Corsair umbrella
  • Experience operating in global markets, with an understanding of international targeting, localization, and time zone optimization.
  • Strong grasp of performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV) and the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a passion for testing and experimentation.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $65,000—$80,000 USD
